Dispatch Times:

* All goods are handmade to order in small batches by one maker and require at least a 1 week turnaround. However it can be faster or slower than this, depending on how many orders are being fulfilled, stock levels etc. You will be notified you as soon as your goods are ready to dispatch.

* Raw material stock levels may also determine shipping times.

* Contact us for a dispatch estimate if your order is urgent, we always like try to accommodate for special occasions.

Shipping:

* All goods are shipped using a ‘Signed For’ service which means you will need to physically sign for the item.

* Please note: When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to local taxes/import fees. ERNEST WALKER LTD. is not responsible for any additional shipping/import fees outside of the UK that are local to your country.

Handmade goods:

* Our leather comes from a tannery that only uses hides from home-grown livestock on free-to-range farms. This means natural imperfections - crease marks, small scars etc. may be present, giving this beautiful leather its glorious patina. Tone may vary slightly batch to batch as each piece is truly unique and shows the animal had a real life outdoors.

* Handmade goods may have small imperfections and irregularities present in both workmanship and materials. This is consistent of handmade goods with natural materials.

Returns:

* ‘Custom’ sized and monogrammed goods are non-returnable and the buyer accepts responsibility of providing accurate measurement and monogram information.

* All standard (non ‘Custom’ sized and/or monogramed) goods are returnable in unused condition within 14 days (minus P&P) for Exchange, Credit Note or Refund. Buyer to cover return postage (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

* If you are not 100% happy with any of your purchases from ERNEST WALKER LTD. just drop us a line and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Repairs:

‘Postage costs only’ repairs will be carried out at makers discretion. ‘Wear-and-tear’ refers to genuine everyday wear to a product used solely for it’s intended use and does not cover goods that have been misused, abused or damaged in any other way.
